POMFERRONI is a series of my yarn and pompom hobby-projects. I began creating yarn pompoms in earnest after the conclusion of my MA in Art Therapy, delighting in the unfettered joys of exploring all kinds of colour combinations, and the ripeness of individuality in each pompom. This verdant, whimsical, one-of-a-kind rug above is handcrafted with plump, hand-made pompoms. It is designed to emulate the lush, lavish variegation of mosses and saxicoline lichens that carpet forest floor.

BEYLE-DOUX. My yarn scrap unicorn dolls are profusions of radiance and happiness.
These petite works of art make one-of-a-kind heirloom gifts! Available for purchase at my Shop.

BEYLISME is a crochet doll I made after being introduced to doll-making in art therapy by a professional peer of mine. Beylisme is the name adopted from French author Stendhal's eponymous indignations towards life, his electrically irreverent series of pas de chat between the realms of the lyric and the prosaic.

Beginning as a formless beige bloat of yarn, the developing doll formed a core towards which my motley collection of memorabilia gravitated: badges from times past—whiskers and claws shed by my first cat—various pebbles of milestones, tchotchkes of affection, shrapnel fragments of rejection—
Startlingly, against will, the doll became a tiny representation of me, imbued with the preserved essences of my personal artifacts. I discovered myself refreshed and reconnected with who I have always been.
